Refund, Deferral &
Course Transfer Policy
All requests relating to refunds, deferrals, and transfers will only be officially registered and considered for evaluation upon receipt of the request from the student's registered email address.
Refund Policy
Zyonel Academy students can only withdraw or cancel their course prior to the start of the training. The Academy provides a pro-rated refund for students withdrawing before commencement of training.

The refund will be processed within 30 days after the cancellation request. Once training commences, no refund will be provided.
Deferral Policy
Zyonel Academy students can request to defer their course only before commencement. Once training commences, no deferral will be permitted.
Students can defer their training for up to two cohorts. Students who resume after deferring beyond two cohorts will be required to make a fresh payment.
Course Transfer Policy
Zyonel Academy students can request to transfer to a different course prior to the start of the training.
Higher Fee Transfers
Should a student transition to a course with a higher fee structure, the student is responsible for remitting the balance of the fee difference to finalize enrollment.
Lower Fee Transfers
Should a student transition to a course with a lower fee structure, we shall issue a reimbursement for the surplus amount within 30 days of the approved change.
